UTI Remedy - Five Ways to Cure Your Urinary Infection at Home

Natural UTI remedies have become one of the best selling home treatments on the market. One of the reasons for this is that many people are finding urinary infections are very simple to treat. In most cases, a simple fruit can hold the key to your UTI remedy.

Unfortunately, the medical and pharmaceutical industries would much rather have you pay large sums of money for treatment. These two industries are among the most influential markets of the 21st century. They are directly responsible for the high cost of medical insurance coverage.

As the economic situation becomes increasingly uncertain, more people are turning to natural remedies because the costs of insurance, medical care, and prescriptions are simply too expensive. Instead of spending money on antibiotics, many people are using their diet and simple remedies to treat their urinary tract infections. Besides, antibiotics are often not the most effective way to treat a urinary infection. 25% of people with bladder and urinary tract infections will suffer repeat infections within a year.

Instead of making a $200 trip to the doctor, maybe it is time you make a trip to the grocery store for a natural UTI remedy.

Five Ways to Cure your Urinary Tract Infection at Home

1. Knowledge is power, especially when it comes to your health. Research has shown that attitude and mental health are very important to your overall health, giving credence to the old “mind over matter” debate. If you’re going to try a natural remedy, you need to believe that it is going to work.

If you are an empiricist, you’ll want to know why natural remedies are effective. Natural remedies work with the body to fight infections. For instance, vitamin C will boost your immune system, allowing your body to kill the E. coli bacteria that is causing your UTI. Antibiotics on the other hand will kill ALL bacteria, both harmful and beneficial. This can lead to other problems.

2. As I stated previously, you should be getting plenty of vitamin C in your diet. If you have a urinary infection, I recommend at least 1000mg to boost the immune system. I also recommend getting at least 5-7 servings of fruits or vegetables a day along with plenty of water.

3. Your diet plays an extremely important role in fighting your urinary infection. When you are suffering from a UTI, you should avoid highly acidic foods, such as coffee, tea, chocolate, oranges, pineapple, strawberries, tomatoes, wine, soft drinks, chicken, steak, corn, eggs, and sour cream.

4. Herbal therapy is another way to successfully fight a urinary tract infection. Echinacea is often referred to as the king of herbs because it is often used to treat everything, including UTIs. This herb can be found in most health stores and will strengthen your immune system. Additionally, it will also help fight off other bacterial infections.

5. I also recommend you try our simple natural UTI remedy that is guaranteed and research-based. A great step-by-step remedy can be found at UTI Remedy Report.

How Serious Can A Yeast Infection Get?

candida

Most people think of a yeast infection as a casual inconvenience, a bothersome irritation. The truth is recurring yeast infections are a sign of a serious immune imbalance. The best time to reestablish balance is when you first detect the symptoms of yeast infection. Ignored, your minor irritation could lead to a systemic out break, triggering Urinary Tract Infections (UTI), bladder and kidney infections . . . and even attack your entire body.

Often E. coli bacteria is blamed for Urinary Tract Infections triggered from improper hygiene and poor diet. The traditional response to this is to administer anti-biotics which usually kill off the E. coli as well as the important beneficial micro-organisms.

Once your beneficial micro-organisms and probiotic organisms are killed off your immune imbalance can worsen.

This is why having a yeast infection usually goes hand-in-hand with having UTI. This common yeast normally kept in check by your immune system can flourish when your defenses have been compromised by anti-biotics.

This common yeast, called Candida, is a dimorphic life-form and when mature becomes a deadly fungus. This fungus can invade every organ in your body, if your defenses are not restored.

Candida may occur during antibiotic or corticosteroid treatment promoting yeast organisms throughout your gastrointestinal tract and genital areas. Most common in women, severe cases are usually caught from hospital visits. Cathers are notorious for causing UTI and bladder infections that can lead to kidney or systemic infections.

Candida invasion has been reported to cause up to 15% of cases of septicemia seen in hospital patients. Septicemia is a syndrome that results from an acute invasion of the bloodstream by organisms or their toxic by-products.

Once Candida transforms into its fungal stage, it burrows into your tissue and releases toxins into the bloodstream. Have you ever heard of septic shock? It is usually caused by bacteria, but can be triggered by candida fungal invasion as well.

Symptoms are rapid heart beat, rapid breathing and then a drop in blood pressure . . . causing you to go into shock. Because the spread of candida invasion damages organ tissues, organ failure often develops. That is why mortality rates are as high as 40 to 60%, especially in patients with a compromised immune system.

Candida is regulated by your beneficial micro-organisms on your skin and healthy flora within your digestive tract. However, once allowed to flourish, if your healthy flora are not re-established the yeast will enter the fungal stage and risk contaminating your entire body.

Newborns and the elderly are at the greatest risk. About two-thirds of septic shock cases occur in hospitals. If you wind up in the hospital with a kidney infection you are in a high risk category.

This is why it is of the utmost importance that you do not take your UTI lightly. Plus, if you are known to have a UTI more than once a year, you need to get serious about it. By getting serious about it, I mean you need to discover the “root cause” of your yeast infections and urinary Tract Infections before they have a chance to worsen.

Educating yourself about self-health remedies is a great place to start. If you are receiving medical treatment, ask your doctor what you can do to re-establish your health flora.

Are You A Victim Of The Antibiotic Syndrome?

Are you suffering from recurring Urinary Tract Infections? If you are, I have good news and bad news. The good news is I have a proven guaranteed remedy I would like to share with you. The bad news is if you don’t find a cure for your recurring UTI you could be asking for other serious health complications.

Long Term Consequences of Recurring UTI

Successful natural remedies are being uncovered every day and the one thing they all have in common is that they treat the body as a whole. It only makes good sense . . . if you are in the habit of only treating your “symptoms,” then you are missing the real potentially deadly underlying cause.

Fact is many diseases have common causes that are complicated by poor lifestyle, stress and environmental factors like toxins and unhealthy foods.

The danger of recurring urinary tract infections is that the bacteria causing the inflammation can travel up the urinary tract and attack the “upper” urinary tract.

Between your kidneys and your urinary bladder you have what’s called “ureters.” These ureters are long delicate muscular ducts (10-16 inches long) that pump your urine away from the kidneys into your bladder.

Every 10-15 seconds small amounts of urine are emptied into your bladder. If the urine stops moving or backs up into the kidneys, your kidneys can get infected. This can happen from an upper urinary tract infection or when tiny mineral deposits travel into the ureters and become urinary stones. This often causes nerve damage leading to urinary incontinence. About 13,000,000 people suffer from urinary incontinence in the U.S.

Bladder infection (cystitis) is the most common complication of UTI. Left unanswered it often progresses to the ureters and ultimately to infect your kidneys themselves (pyelonephritis). This upward progression of UTI is much more serious than you may at first think, especially for the young or elderly.

Approximately 10,000,000 people in the U.S, get UTI each year. It is believed that women get UTI more than men do because the female urethra is much shorter, but they do get it too.

Urinary Tract Infection Causes

The urine is normally sterile. UTI happens when bacteria get into the urine and begin to grow. UTI usually starts at the opening of the urethra where the urine leaves your body and travels further upward into the bladder, ureters and kidneys.

Here are the 9 main causes of UTI:

  • 90% of UTI is caused from E. coli due to poor hygiene.
  • Blockages in urinary tract or kidney stones.
  • Incomplete bladder emptying
  • Suppressed immune system from antibiotic use
  • Diaphragms for birth control
  • Frequent sexual intercourse
  • Men with enlarged prostate
  • Young children from improper wiping
  • Cathers used in hospitals

The good news is natural alternative remedies can eliminate the symptoms of UTI by addressing the root cause(s).

A Simple 3 Step Cure

The first step is to address dehydration and loss of electrolytes (minerals) your body needs for a healthy immune response. The second step is to nurture you body’s immune system, especially if you have ever used antibiotics. This can be done with specific plant nutrients and cofactors. The third and final step is to monitor your body’s pH level to help maintain healthy microorganisms that will prevent bacteria from invading your body ever again.

Other tips that will help is to wipe from the front to the back (toward the anus), make sure you empty your bladder completely and take a probiotic supplement regularly. Also note that hormone therapies and most medications create an acidic pH and just like antibiotics can kill off healthy probiotic balance.

There is always a natural alternative. The master key is for you to discover how to work with your own body.

I know what you’ve been told before about cures, but the truth is, it is ONLY your body that “cures” your disease . . . there is no “magic pill.”

That is what I meant by “working with your body,” rather than against it. By stopping the cause you help your whole body.

Your body naturally has the ability to fight off any disease, but only if you know how to help it win the war. Antibiotics may temporarily help you win the battle, but they weaken your body by working against it (anti-biotic means against your biology).

Over used antibiotics ultimately strengthen the bacteria strain by causing super-strains of mutated bacteria causing even more stubborn infections. So if you are getting sick more often and longer it could be from over using antibiotics.
